One-Year Anniversary!

The Difference PT is celebrating its one-year anniversary on March 17th, 2025! What a year it has been! I am so amazed at the athletes I have had the absolute privilege to work with. You are all so strong and such beautiful humans. Know that I carry your worries and fears and walk right by your side each day. You are not alone.

If this year has taught me anything, it’s how fast we can make a difference by word of mouth. We are changing lives and it’s a good heavy. I created an online apparel store with items containing The Difference PT NEW logo I had made for the one-year anniversary! You can find that store here: https://bsnteamsports.com/shop/GU5v5Mzwna.

I am eternally grateful for your purchase, which helps spread the word to athletes and families that performance training exists. All of the items are priced at cost (meaning they go strictly to the product, screen printing, taxes, and shipping and are cheaper than you can get them for retail by each vendor). I do not make any profit off selling these. If wearing these helps spread the word and changes one life, it’s worth far more than the price of clothing.

If you don’t want to pay for shipping and don’t mind picking it up from me, please feel free to message me your order and I’ll put it in with my personal order.

For anyone that (1) purchases an article of clothing with the logo, (2) posts a picture wearing it on social media, and (3) tags The Difference PT - either instagram (@the_differencept - https://www.instagram.com/the_differencept?igsh=ZW4zNWRnd2IxM3Nu&utm_source=qr) or facebook (The Difference Performance Training - https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61557074202389&mibextid=wwXIfr&mibextid=wwXIfr), they will be entered for a chance to win either a free spot in a PT basketball training session or a free mental performance training session.

Thank you for your support. It has been a pleasure working with you!

Parents of Performers Guide

I've had some parents ask me what they can do to help their child perform better. Well, honestly, it's more about the parents than the performer. Attached is a handout with tips you can print off. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
